Eden is a model from Colorado that has a really cool look to her work. This shot was planned and carried out while traveling and going into this shoot I was unsure if I was going to be able to make the shoot happen due to having a evolving schedule and work commitments. We ended up having to make a few changes to the schedule along the way but in the end it all worked out. I am super thankful that we were able to make the shoot happen and I love the way that these photos turned out. Eden’s Instagram can be found here, and links to her websites can be found here. This first series is a bit of portraiture with a witch theme.

It’s always fun to have a few different ideas and themes picked out for a shoot. Eden prepared a good amount of outfit ideas, and I really lik the final looks we ended up with.

Since I was traveling I rented a studio through Peerspace. I love using peerspace for shoots because it allows you to find really cool locations and studios while traveling for a decent rate. When searching for a place I wanted something that was creative, interesting and unique. I always do my best to look at the size and shape of a studio prior to showing up, if I can visit the studio in person prior to a shoot I will but when traveling you don’t always get that option. This studio was beautiful but surprised all of us when we found out it was smaller than expected, the studio also had a few windows that were on opposite ends and mirrors everywhere that presented a challenge with lighting and camera angles. Overall I think we all did an excellent job and I love the final photos.
